This policy explains what information the MacroShark demo site may collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies to the MacroShark marketing and demo website, including interactive sections such as charts, A.V.I.S. prompts, and contact forms. It does not cover third-party websites or services you reach through external links.
MacroShark operates this demo site. For privacy questions, use the Contact option on the site. As the product matures, we may publish a dedicated privacy contact address.
Depending on how you use the demo, we may process: (a) contact details you voluntarily submit (such as name, email, and message content); (b) technical data automatically sent by your browser (IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps); (c) demo interaction data such as which sample prompts you select; and (d) cookie or similar technology identifiers if enabled for basic site function or analytics.
This demo is not designed to collect government IDs, wallet private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive financial credentials. Please do not submit that information through contact forms or prompts.
We use information to operate and improve the demo, respond to contact requests, understand aggregate usage, protect against abuse, and meet legal obligations. Demo market data shown on the site is illustrative and is not sourced from your personal trading accounts.
When you use A.V.I.S., the prompt text you select or submit may be sent to our servers and onward to third-party model providers (for example via OpenRouter) to generate a reply. Those providers process the content under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not include personal, confidential, or regulated data in prompts.
We may use essential cookies or local storage required for the site to function (for example UI preferences). If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host the site, send email, provide AI inference, or analyze traffic only as needed to perform those services or when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Contact messages and related logs are kept only as long as needed to respond and operate the demo securely, unless a longer period is required by law. Aggregate or anonymized analytics may be retained longer.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use the demo accordingly and avoid sending sensitive data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to processing. To make a request, contact us through the site. You can also stop using the demo and clear local browser storage for this site.
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you access the site from outside the country where our servers or providers operate, your information may be processed in other regions that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
