By accessing or using the MacroShark website and demo experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
MacroShark on this site is a concept and demonstration workspace. Charts, prices, network hubs, signals, and A.V.I.S. responses use illustrative or demo data unless we clearly state otherwise. Nothing here is a live trading terminal, brokerage, exchange, wallet, or order-routing system.
Content on MacroShark including charts, AI-generated notes, voice replies, and educational copy is for information and demonstration only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
A.V.I.S. may call third-party language services (for example via OpenRouter) to generate demo replies. Those replies can be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on them for real market action.
Some buttons on this demo are presentational. Contact forms acknowledge messages locally until a live inbox is connected. We do not guarantee that account creation, authentication, or paid product features are available from this page. If those features launch later, additional terms may apply.
MacroShark branding, layout, graphics, copy, and demo assets on this site are owned by MacroShark or its licensors. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the site or its content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt services, probe or overload APIs beyond normal demo use, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or use automated systems in a way that harms the experience for others or violates third-party provider rules.
THE SITE AND DEMO ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or that demo data matches any live market.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroShark and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content including AI outputs even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets are volatile and risky. You can lose money. Past performance and illustrative scenarios on this site do not predict future results. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.
If you contact us through forms on this site, we may use the details you provide to respond. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information through demo contact flows. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MacroShark’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
